  1. hello I don’t know if you are reading this but, I really need help..I’m 21 years old and I’ve been fat all my life, but right know I feel like I’m on my limit, I weight 268 pounds and I already have 3 weeks with out eating any meet, fast food and sweets, I’m eating around 1200 and 1400 calories a day.but I have not lost any weight and I’m so sad and frustrated because I can’t understand why, I just want to stop bein fat, I just hate it so much, I feel ugly, useless and like I’m losing all the oportunities I just want to know.what can I do I need to see results even is just 1 or 2 pounds…. (sorry for my bad english)

  3. I believe the hardest part of going vegan is family and friends. Unless you never visit anyone, you are bound to have family dinners and meet friends at their homes for dinner. I would feel embarrassed asking them to cook special just for me.

  5. I believe in vegan or vegetarian diet, but I have one issue. the only meat I eat is fish based on studies of how fishes minds work. My problem is this. For vegans to get b12, you must east food fortified with b12. So, how did vegans get b12 before fortified foods? b12 take a long time to show up. b12 is recycled in the body and it takes a year to become deficient. so before fortified foods and supplements, how did vegans get the right amount of vitamin b12?
