  1. Great video. Tried to make these last night, but couldn’t get that nice crispy brown. You didn’t mention the prep of the scallops; should I have dried them off before placing them in the pan? Also, how do you know when the pan is hot enough? That could have been an issue as well. Thanks!

  2. The best Pan Seared Sea Scallop video/recipe on the Net!  Great tip on using the roasted garlic instead of ‘fresh’.  If they ever come up with awards for cooking videos, this deserves Top Honors.
