  1. Did you ever think about how you can help your family members survive during an urgent circumstance? Do you think you have your food, water, shelter, first-aid, and protection gear ready for any kind of disaster? This excellent survival guideline “suvo amazing guide” (Google it) provides a good comprehension of what gear and supplies you need to get as you get ready for such an event.

  2. This is good for a plant base. I do plant base once a week but one day I have to be a vegan. But salads I eat daily I do try to eat plenty of fruits and veggies.

  3. Thank you for this video! I’m leaning more towards the plant based lifestyle and I have a question, how did you transition? This is the hardest stage for me and I really need help so your insight is needed.

  4. I just found your channel so I’m going to check out the rest of your videos. I really in general jus want more info on breakfast, snacks, and dinner as well. Do you have to count calories if trying to lose weight? What are the specific macros when doing a plant based diet? Are macros even important? How do you determine serving size? Is it basically just fruits and veggies? What are the basic general foods that you can eat? I really hate complicated foods that you cant find in your local Walmart. I like simplicity. Is this possible with a plant based diet? Your meal seems simple, but Ive seen videos from others with food choices Ive never even heard of.
