HOW TO MAKE VEGAN THANKSGIVING DINNER!


Here is what I ate for day 2 of being Vegan! It’s Canadian Thanksgiving and was very hard as I’m used to eating turkey and meat but really stuck to the salads and dishes that were vegan and oooh home made cranberry sauce! DELICIOUS! I felt amazing after the meal in past years I felt very tired and bloated.

Morning Snack: Almonds and a fruit (apple)
Lunch: Tomato corn soup (vegan)!
Mid day snack: I had some rice crackers with hummus
Dinner: Quinoa apple salad, lentil cranberry salad, green salad, homemade cranberry sauce, roasted sweet patatoes
