I love rice pudding, however, I am allergic to dairy so I can’t just buy it at a store. Because of that, I decided to try out a vegan way of making it with coconut milk and condensed coconut cream instead of using regular milk products. The result was some delicious, vegan, dairy-free rice pudding! If you guys are dairy-free, vegan, or just adventurous and try this out, let me know how it goes!

My name is Camille Johnson and I just moved out from home onto my own and am absolutely loving cooking! I took a cooking class and a baking class in highschool and have helped my mom in the kitchen a bit, so I have a bit of cooking knowledge. I also secretly looove watching the cooking network but that’s hardly a credential!
I decided to start this cooking channel to share how I work in the kitchen, trade tips and tricks with other new cooks, and to challenge myself to learn new skills and new dishes.
