in this video i will share you how to make vegan quinoa pattiesThese are delicious dairy-free and egg-free patties that make a great meal when accompanied by salad and bread.1 small bowl of cooked quinoa
1 shallot, finely chopped
1 garlic clove
1 tablespoon of soy milk (or other non-dairy milk)
A little wholewheat flour
A little olive oil
Over a low heat, cook the chopped shallot. Remove from the heat and place in the mixing bowl.Add the cooked quinoa and the remaining ingredients to the pan.
Mix well. As you’re mixing, add enough flour to form a firm dough.
Shape little patties using your hands.
Arrange the patties in a lightly oiled frying pan and fry until a light golden brown on each side.
Keep warm in the oven. That way, you can serve all the patties at once.
Serve. Add some chutney or sauce, a side salad and some bread with olive oil and you’re set for a delicious meal
