How to Make Vegan Pumpkin Pie (QUICK + EASY)

If you’ve seen my Thanksgiving dinner video, then you may be wondering what’s for dessert? That’s where this quick and easy vegan pumpkin pie comes in!

Hello Everyone! In this video I share a SUPER easy Vegan Pumpkin Pie recipe that comes together way quicker than the traditional version! This recipe is also refined sugar free and a littler healthier 😉 I hope you all enjoy and make sure to let me know if you try it out!!

This recipe is inspired by this recipe from Vegan Richa:


3/4 cup all purpose flour
3/4 cup oat flour (I put 3/4 cup rolled oats in the food processor to make the flour)
3/4 cup coconut flour
3 T coconut oil (melted)
3 T maple syrup
1 flax egg (3Tbs flax + 1/4 cup warm water)
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/8 tsp ginger
pinch black pepper

Bake 350 for 7 minutes

2 cups pumpkin puree
3 T corn starch
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup maple syrup
stevia to taste
1/4 tsp molasses
1/2 cup coconut cream

combine all ingredients, then melt the coconut cream and add that in. Pour intone crust and bake at 350 for 55 minutes.

Serve with whipped cream or ice cream (or both lol)
