  1. Hey we have that in asia too! But instead of regular milk, we use coconut milk and way more sugar. Its one of the food that we always eat during Chinese new year 😀

  2. I’ve seen this in the antique American cookbooks going back 100 years – and I’ve seen the rosette makers at antique fairs as well.  It’s a very old recipe.
