How to Make Japanese Dashi and Tsuyu VEGAN

KONBU DASHI:
10 gr dried konbu + 1 liter of water
SHIITAKE DASHI:
4 shiitake + enough water to cover them
TSUYU:
3 cups of konbu dashi
1 cup of shiitake dashi
5 tablespoons of soy sauce
4 tablespoons of mirin
half teaspoon of salt

  2. God bless you two for this channel. I’m a vegan living in inaka Nagasaki-ken and it is a nightmare. I’ve compromised so much on my values since I’ve gotten here because it’s SO difficult for me to get the calories I need here. I’m literally starving. Your channel has been helping me transition back from vegetarian to vegan so I am SO grateful. Thank you!
