I’ve made these a few times and I would highly recommend wrapping the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate it over night. I’ll be a lot easier to work with.
I made them last year using Polish lady Ana recipe which is basically the same as this one.
It is a very good cookies in terms of taste but they would open up while in the oven.
do i put the dough in the fridge before rolling it?
