How to make Italian Chicken Meatballs with Spaghetti, Easy and Fast Recipe
Black pepper powder
1. Boil pasta with some salt and few drops of olive oil (It will help pasta not to stick to each other)
2. For Meatballs-
In a bowl, take minced chicken and add breadcrumbs, onions, cilantro, salt, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, black pepper powder and egg.
Mix everything together and make small to medium sized balls.
In a heated pan, add olive oil and shallow fry them until golden brown on the top (medium flame)
3. For Sauce-
Add olive oil in the same pan.
Add green chilli, garlic minced and chopped basil leaves to it.
Cook everything together.
Add Tomato puree to it, add salt and let it cook until the raw flavor is gone. Add water if needed.
Add meat balls to the sauce.
4. Serve it with hot pasta.
