  1. Tried this recipe today, and it was my first attempt at making a quiche…quite easy and tasty! Skipped a few things though. I left out the Parsley, by omission, I did buy some, just forgot to put it in. Also, read the tips on the “egg wash” of the unbaked pie crusts, and will try it next time. The bottom of my initial quiche was somewhat soggy as well. Thanks to all the responders sharing their experiences! :}
