  1. Hi Monique, the cream of tartar is used as a leavening agent in this recipe. You can try omitting it altogether and see if you like the texture of these biscuits.

  2. I like the simplicity of these biscuits but I’m wondering if I can use whole grain or whole wheat flour. Do I have to make any other changes to the recipe?
