  1. I add 1/3 cup flour and some baking powder to make it fluffy and ever so slightly bready. I make this on the weekend, and my husband has breakfast for the rest of the week basically.

  2. I’m going to substitute egg whites and low fat cheese to lower the points. maybe one whole egg I’m doing Weight Watchers and this sounds like an awesome breakfast lunch or dinner
