How to make bread pizza: If you have been looking for healthy snacks and easy recipes for breakfast that you could use as easy tiffin too, here is our bread pizza recipe to help with all the woes. Find full recipe below:

Pizza is loved by all, be it kids or adults. However it is not feasible and not healthy to make cheesy pizza at home all the time. Thus we come up with this recipe which tastes just like cheesy but is extremely healthy and uses no cheese.

Ingredients:

(please note the given quantity in video & below is enough for half bread loaf)

Bread slices – 6-7
Sooji (Semolina) – 1 cup
Milk – 1 cup
Paneer (cottage cheese): 50gms
chopped tomatoes, onions, capsicum – 1 each
Grated carrot – 1
salt – 2 tsp
black pepper – 1 tsp
red chilli powder – 1 tsp

Method:

Take sooji (semolina) in a bowl. Add milk slowly and keep mixing properly. Keep adding milk and mixing till it becomes a thick mixture, slightly thicker than idli batter. Now add all vegetables – onions, tomatoes, capsicums, carrots. Mix again. If the mixture becomes too thick and crumbly, add more milk. Make a thick smooth mixture. Add paneer (cottage cheese), salt, pepper, red chilli powder.

Now take bread slices in any shape you want. You can cut them in round shape or also use as it is in square shape. Apply the mixture on the bread.

Now heat the flat tawa (pan), add some drops of oil to it. Put the bread with the mixture in reverse as show in the video. Press the bread from above a little so that mixture gets stuck to the bread properly.
Now apply oil to the bread and reverse. Heat it from there.

Sprinkle chaat masala on top of the bread pizza and serve with ketchup or mint chutney. It also makes for a great and easy tiffin box idea.
