How to Make American Pancakes – Easy Homemade Pancake Recipe from Scratch

**PLEASE READ** use 3 teaspoons of baking powder, not 3 tablespoons. It’s a mistake in video editing!

Learn how to make fluffy American pancakes at home. These pancakes are delicious for breakfast or as a dessert. They can be served with jam, fruits, honey, whipped cream, chocolate, maple syrup, or whatever you like!


– (ingredients for 8-10 pancakes) –

– 180 g (6.3 oz) of all-purpose flour / plain flour
– 2 medium eggs
– 50 g (1.7 oz) of melted butter
– 275 ml (9.2 oz) of milk
– 50 g (1.7 oz) of granulated sugar
– 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract
– 1/2 teaspoon of salt
– 3 teaspoons of baking powder (16 g / 0.5 oz)
– Honey
– Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  1. i only used about 140ml of milk.. just be careful with the milk measurement. . i think 275 ml would be way too much. you will end up with a liquid state of the mixture rather than pancake consistency. . add little at a time to get the right consistancy

  2. Lol. I’ve just watched a video and she mistakingly had “2 TABLESPOONS” of BP. But she also had it written in the description “2 Teaspoons” Most people didn’t read it. I probably wouldn’t have either 😂
