How To Make A Vegan Quiche – No Egg Quiche

Here is a Vegan Quiche Recipe requested by a subscriber. I wasn’t up to the challenge, but my wife was felling extra hippie and decided to knock this Vegan Quiche out. I must say that i was really surprised by the outcome. While it didn’t resemble the quiche I am use to, it did have good flavor.

Below is a list of ingredients for this Vegan Quiche:

1/4 tsp salt
1/2 Cup Almond flour
1/2 Cup Oat Flour
1/3 cup water
2 1/2 tbsp. Coconut oil

Quiche filling:
10 ounces Cauliflower roasted
1 red Pepper sliced
1 green pepper sliced
3/4 Cup chickpea flour
1 1/2 tbsp nutritional yeast
Vegan vegetable stock
Vegan Margarine
1 1/2 tsp. Peanut oil

Just follow the directions in the video, and you become 100% hippie approved

  1. I made this recipe but I used a little bit of black Indian salt and it gave it an eggy taste! Taste just like a quiche. I also used roasted shiitakes for a bacon flavor! It was sooo yummy! Thanks for giving me a great start!
