If you’re eating a raw diet, they’re also a cornerstone of mineral sufficiency.

Yet for many people, the thought of eating the huge dinner salads that many raw foodists thrive on seems intimidating.

  4. Hey Andrew – I just purchased your Savory Raw Dressings and Sauces eBook and I’m trying to find the dressing recipe that you used on your salad in this video.  Can you please tell me the name of it?

  5. Hey Andrew what is your thoughts on blended salads?. I have been eating raw for 6 years. At first I was eating the big salads but I started to get tired of it taking so long to prep and then eat. I have 2 kids and they always want to play with me so I don’t have that much time to eat. I find with a blended salads I can eat even more greens and save a huge amount of time in prep and eating it.

  6. What nutrients in particular do you propose are insufficient in fruit? I can find none except perhaps sodium which is easily gotten from coconut water.
