High Protein Breakfast Recipes | Healthy Cooking


Just wanted to share my 3 awesome breakfast recipes that keep me fueled, satisfied, and on track! Great preworkout meals to get the day started off right!
RECIPES:

OVERNIGHT OATS
*1/2 c heaping oats
* 2/3c almond vanilla milk
*1 tsp raw honey
*1 tbsp chia seeds
*1/3c Greek plain yogurt
*1/2 banana
*4 strawberries
*1 scoop Protein

PROTAIN EGG MUFFINS
*3 whole eggs
*egg whites (up to 2 cups after adding eggs)
*1/2 zucchini
*1/4 onion
* 4 large mushrooms
*your choice of seasonings
Preheat 400 for 20-23 min

Protein Pancakes
*1/4c kodiak pancake mix
*1/2 banana mashed
* ~1/4c EGG whites
*1 scoop protein
* ~1tbsp Almond milk

  1. The oatmeal looked really good! I’ll have to try it sometime. Maybe it would help to premix the almond milk with the protein powder so it’s not chalky? I subscribed 🙂
