1/2 cantaloupe, chopped
1 1/2 cups red grapes
700ml Coconut water
2 large handfuls baby spinach
1 small avocado (or you could use a banana)
ice cubes (optional)

  2. Will this stay fresh in the fridge for a couple of days? I’m just wondering if it’s approx 3 servings then I could have it over a few days but only if it stays fresh. Otherwise it would be a bit of a waste.

  3. Love your videos. Please keep posting. On this one, please note that Calcium is a well known inhibitor of iron absorption. In medicine, we try to tell patients to separate iron from high calcium foods. Just an FYI,
