HEALTHY VEGAN SCONES/ ONLY 5 INGREDIENTS

Scones used to be my favourite cake when i was younger… my Grandma used to make the best ones…so fluffy!!

here is my vegan but healthy recipe for scones….

1 cup plain flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 vegan butter (i got mine from tescos)
1 cup soy milk (or any vegan milk)

Place everything apart from the milk into a bowl and crumble it in-between your fingers then add the mix but ensure you don’t over mix it!
You may need to add more flour so it forms a dough.

Cut into the shape you want and place them on a lined baking tray and pop in the oven for around 30 mins at 160C.

Leave them to cool, slice them down the middle and add jam and vegan butter if you like them!
