☺ Just some healthy breakfast ideas to help you get back on track ☺

✰Smoothie Bowl ✰:
Blended bananas and frozen fruit together top with more fruit and granola
Cook your organic oats in water. Top with fruit (dried, fresh, or cook in frozen), seeds, nuts, cacao powder or nibs, hemp hearts, maple syrup.
✰Chia Pudding ✰:
Stay away from the heavily processed, instead get something from a bakery with ingredients you can understand 🙂
Spread some avocado, natural nut butter, or homemade chia ‘jam’.
✰Green Smoothie ✰:
3 bananas, 1/2 cup of pineapple, 1 cup of frozen mango and a handful of spinach.
