I’m sorry for answer you a bit too late, but this give me the opportunity to wish you a Merry Christmas. Do you celebrate Christmas, too ?

  2. Hi Cambria! I loved your message at the end of the video. I’ve always been a bit chuby and I never felt really good in my body, so I made some diets along my 25 years of living and, just at this age, I’m starting to see things differently! I will never do diets again, I’m focusing on having a healthier lifestyle, eating food that I know my body needs, but if I go out for dinner, if it’s a special occasion like Christmas, I’ll eat what i want to eat, with no regrets. I think it’s just about balance, as everything in life, and I firmelly believe that i will end up losing weight, but in a healthier way, fisically and mentally!
    Thank you for sharing 🤗

  3. I have just subscribed to this channel, I feel like home here.
Sometimes I’m afraid of people, but if people are like you and others whose comments I have read here, I wouldn’t.

  4. I am a 53 years old italian housewife. I am obese and diabetic. I am not so good at English to understand all your words, your speaking is too fast for me so I use subtitles and in this way I can understand nearly 80%.
You are a very beautiful girl, I mean that you have a fine appearance and a beautiful soul, too.
