This smoothie is my go to in the morning for a healthy energy instead of coffee. it keeps me full until lunch while am at work and i love it very much. Smoothie can be so easy and fun to make and the greatest thing about healthy smoothies you can blend whatever you like and still be in taking nutrients that are good for you. In this smoothie I blend bananas, blue berry, strawberry, peanuts, almond milk. So healthy and easy for breakfast to make at home. Greatest thing about it, you can make it your self.
