Amazing Almond Smoothie
~ about 1 cup of almond milk
one banana
1 tablespoon almond butter ( or peanut butter! )
2 ice cubes
dash of cinnamon
~ BLEND ~

Very Berry Parfait
~ Dairy-free “yogurt” I’m using Coconut Milk Yogurt
BERRIES~
handful of trail mix to keep you full + add some crunch & protein!
~ Layer in mason jar ~

Good Morning Quinoa
~1/2 COOKED Quinoa OR old fashioned rolled oats
1 small banana or half large banana
about 1/4 almond milk depending on consistency
TOPPINGS: cinnamon/honey/fruit

Banana Pancakes
~ one banana
two whole eggs
~ mash and cook like pancakes on medium heat + top with cinnamon & fruit

  3. Firstly, protein isn’t what keeps you full. Complex carbohydrates are. Secondly, the eggs aren’t healthy, it’s a terrible source of cholesterol which doesn’t aid you at all.
