  1. Hey joe,how do you divide the macros in your recipes ? I’ve always wanted to try doing one of your recipes but I don’t really know how to divide the portions or put the macros for one slice into my fitness pal after I’m done making it

  3. *Guy’s I misspoke in the video – I wanted to say 1/4 cup sugar substitute it’s still 50g though 🙂

    Also, I’ve since added a little vanilla extract and a tiny bit of salt too! And those additions make the cake even better.

    My favorite fall food has got to be chili. And we’re making that next week!
