Curry Leaves – 1 Spring
Cumin Seeds – 1/2 Tsp
Turmeric Powder – a pinch
Hing – a pinch
Chilli Powder(optional) – 1/4 Tsp
Mixed Veggetable (your choice) – 1/2 cup
onion – 3 Tbsp
Thinai(quinoa) Cooked Rice – 2 Tbsp
Multi grain Bread – 1 Slice
Goat Cheese or Cow Cheese – 3 Tbsp
Panneer (cottage cheese) – 2 Tbsp
Salt to taste
