Hey everyone! Sooooo last you heard from me I was telling you all what I ate for dinner, so naturally now I must share what I eat for dessert! 😉 Remember that dessert is a term that can be applied to any food or recipe that makes you happy- it can be something as simple as nuts and dried fruit! I on the other hand enjoy finding healthier versions of popular unhealthy recipes so that I can “indulge” on a daily basis without any negative side effects. If you consistently nourish your body with nutritious foods that nature intended you to eat, then there is nothing wrong with having a treat every now and then!   1. Well look I can’t eat gluten,any type of sugar(stevia Splenda etc) or any type of sausage because I just knew I have insulin recistence so I think it’s mission impossible to eat something as delicious as chocolate or any treat!:”””)

Ahhh I love you haha I’m still new to the healthy living and 5mths in and 3stone lighter I’m only starting to struggle now on the cravings :/ they are coming in strong so today Iv seen the light and realised there’s pretty much an alternative for everything in this word including unhealthy “tasty” food, I honestly never want to go back to them but my brain is screaming at me for junk food atm, these all look amazing I am going to subscribe and watch all your food vids for ideas again thank you 😁
