in this video, I am making atta biscuit cookies, no refined sugar or maida, made with whole wheat flour, jaggery, and desi ghee. healthy christmas cookies recipe and absolutely guilt free. All the ingredients in this recipe are easily available in most Indian home and make these last minute christmas cookies for your family.
ingredients:
2/3 cup jaggery/gur
1/4 cup roasted peanuts
1 cup whole wheat flour/atta
1/4 tsp pink salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla essence
Bake for 15-18 mins in a preheated oven at 180 degree C. Baking time may vary.
