Healthy Breakfast Protein Smoothie Recipe – Healthy Homemade Peanut Punch Smoothie, Delicious In Flavor, Energy Supplement, It Is Regarded By Some To Be An Aphrodisiac. But Most Importantly Provides A Great Source Of Protein And Vitamins. Makes A Delicious Smoothie And Protein Shake.

Ingredients Needed

1/2 Cup Ice
2 – 3 Tbsp Peanut Butter
3-5 Tbsp Sweetened Condensed Milk Or (Desired Sweet Preference)
1 Cup Whole Milk
1 Banana
1/2 Tsp Ground Nutmeg
1/2 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
1 Tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
3 Tbsp Raw Oats Or (Desired Amount Preferred)

Preparation

Using A Blender, Start By Placing Ice Into The Container Followed By Adding The Peanut Butter. This Will Prevent The Peanut Butter From Sticking To The Bottom Of The Container.

Add Sweetened Condensed Milk, Whole Milk, Banana, Ground Nutmeg, Ground Cinnamon, Pure Vanilla Extract, And Raw Oats.

Blend Until Ingredients Are Broken Down And Combined.

Serve Over Ice And Enjoy!!!
