Healthy Breakfast Or Snack – High Protein Low Fat Parfait with 2 Homemade Granola Recipes


Easy and delicious fruit, yogurt, and homemade granola parfait! There are 2 different granola recipes, a low fat option and a high protein option. Nutrition and recipes for both are below. Enjoy!

Honey & Cinnamon Granola Recipe (5 servings)
– 2 Cups Old Fashioned Oats
– 3 Cups Crisp Rice
– 1/2 Cup Egg Whites
– 1/4 Cup Honey
– 2-3 tsp. Cinnamon

1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Spray slow cooker with cooking spray.
3. Add mix to slow cooker, cook on high for 2 – 2 1/2 hours, stir every 45 minutes.
4. For crispier granola, after it is done the slow cooker, line 2 cookie sheets with tin foil.
5. Coat cookie sheets with cooking spray.
6. Dump granola from slow cooker onto cookie sheet and spread evenly.
7. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake for 5 minutes.
8. That’s it!

– 2 Cups Old Fashioned Oats
– 3 Cups Crisp Rice
– 1 Cup Egg Whites
– 1/4 Cup Honey
– 3/4 Cup PB2 Peanut Butter
– 1 Scoop Chocolate Whey
– 1 Cup Crushed Almonds

High Protein Peanut Butter & Chocolate Granola Parfait
– 1 Serving of Granola
– 1 Triple Zero Vanilla Greek Yogurt
– 100-110g Strawberries

  1. Just saying this yogurt parfait isn’t healthy.There’s an incredible amount of sugar. Also why is everyone afraid of “fat”, fat is a very necessary and healthy Macro to consume sugar is the shit you gotta watch.
