2 Tbsps (42g) honey
1 Tbsp (20g) Greek yogurt
1/2 Tsp vanilla extract
3/4 Tbsp (3g) instant espresso
1/4 Cup (30g) white whole wheat flour

  1. Yep the protein pancake/megasaur analogy looks accurate! Those pancakes look amazing…idk what my deal is but I haven’t been able to manage a good protein pancake…waffles, yeah no problem…but the pancake thing isn’t working out lol.

  2. I do a cinnamon brown sugar combo. I use the cinnamon twist protein from muscle fortress , and also use the kodiak cakes protein mix with one serving size cup of apple sauce and 2 table spoons of brown sugar! There amazing !
