Healthiest and easiest breakfast! Loaded with protein, fiber, and nutrients!

This is an amazing and easy to make breakfast that will last you 2-4 days! The high amounts of soluble fiber make you feel fuller longer, keeping you from being hungry.

Where to get Chia Seeds?

Recipe: 1 cup quick cook steel oats, 2 tablespoons Chia Seeds, 1 cup of fruit, and 1 cup of coconut, almond, or regular milk. *Other options
*You can make it with other types of fruit like bananas. You can add protein powder if you are a body builder. You can add honey or vanilla extract for more flavor.

What makes it great is that you make it the night before, and you have breakfast ready in the morning. It’s called Chia Seed Oatmeal, and it’s one of the healthiest breakfasts you can have!

In the recipe I made above, I made about 4 servings. In total there is about 30 grams of protein and 28 grams of fiber! It is loaded with iron, calcium, and vitamin a. Not to mention Omega 3 ALA.

The chia seeds contain omega 3 fatty acids which helps keep your heart and mind healthy lowering blood pressure and helping reduce chronic inflamation. The steel oats and chia seeds are high in fiber making it the perfect duo. As an athlete I eat this breakfast all the time and I have energy all day long!

Protein is essential in the morning when we wake up, and this breakfast will make you full all day! Perfect for people trying to lose weight or body builders that need extra protein for muscle development.


  1. WOW! What a breakthrough, you should get a patent for that shit bro! I mean, putting the oatmeal in the fridge overnight, thats revolutionary! What do you think would happen if you made a couple portions and keep them in the fridge longer so you could have 3 or 4 breakfast ready?! But don’t steal the idea off me man.

  2. The reason chia seeds are so important is that they swell and produce a gel like substance. Not only does it make the consistency work, but chia seeds are packed in fiber, protein, Omega 3, iron, vitamin A, etc.
