  1. @firstdct: Actually, Giada put 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon into the syrup while still in the saucepan taken out of the burner, in case you missed it. Then Giada added 2 tablespoons of cream into the syrup afterwards to make it luxurious. I liked how the white color swirled around the dark brown syrup like a mocha swirl or like Stracciatella Semifreddo that Giada made in a Giada at Home episode. Then the video ended where the syrup was already in a serving container.
