Gavhache Dhirde | Maharashtrian recipe | Tasty Wheat Dosa | Healthy breakfast recipe


A very tasty, healthy, wholesome preparation of Maharashtrian Bread you can enjoi for your lunch & dinner!! For sure you will love this! Let me know if i am wrong 😛

Ingredients:

– Wheat flour- 2 cups
– Salt to taste
– Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
– Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
– Coriander powder – 1 tsp
– Cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
– Garam masala powder – 1/2 tsp
– Green chilli – 1 finely chopped
– Onion – 1 finely chopped
– Tomato – 1 finely chopped
– Coriander leaves – chopped (1 small bunch)
– Water – 3 cups
– Oil – 2-3 tbsp (to fry pancakes)
– Sprinkle some chaat masala over pancake or dhirde & serve with
tomato ketchup or tomato chatney.
