  1. Microwave and protein powder???? For a high protein VEGAN diet….NO NO NO this is false and not NATURAL Can’t watch anymore….WOE

Us women should NOT have more than 44 grams of protein per day….Smh

  2. My favourite sources of protein are (chick)peas, lentils, mushrooms, tofu, oatmeal, nuts&seeds and quinoa. I can’t afford protein powder lol. xD
But I get through *a lot* of chickpeas.

  3. People keep hating cause she uses protein powder but how many fitness gurus in general not just vegan use protein powders as supplements ? All of them. She’s just being creative in how she uses it.

  4. That’s a whooole lot of protein powder. Seems highly highly unnecessary and a little bit silly to be frank. I sure hope no vegan-curious sees this and think they have to eat tonnes of protein powder to be a vegan!

  5. How do you cook the potatoes? Just boil them I’m assuming? Looks good! And I agree with the other people that have said it, protein powder is totally not needed… but then again, most people don’t need anywhere close to 140 grams of protein a day. 🙂

  6. Sorry for not supporting your business here, even if you are vegan, but it seems that you are more into advertising these protein powders than giving good diet arvice (which overall is good I think, if you keep ignoring the supplements).
What I want to say is that nobody needs any supplement to build muscle. Protein from supplements is waay more expensive than from whole plants and for that reason a waste of money. At least thats my opinion.

  7. Naah, don’t like it that much. I’m currently transitioning to a vegan diet but i can’t afford protein powder. i just can’t. it’s easy to get that much protein with supplements but i’m looking for ways to get it with real food.
