In this video I show you how to make 4 Healthy Low Calorie Breakfast
I doubled this recipe, because I like to make lots of
Pancakes and freeze them.
When you double this recipe, and use ¼ cup batter per pancake, you will get 19 pancakes.
1 Cup all-purpose flour (455 calories)
2 Tablespoons of brown sugar (44 calories)
2 Teaspoons of baking powder (4 calories)
½ Teaspoon salt (0 calories)
2 Brown eggs (120 calories)
1 cup of coconut rice milk (120 calories)
2 Tablespoons of virgin cold pressed coconut oil (234 calories)
Total Calories for the whole batter is (977 calories)
Divided by 19 pancakes = (51.42 Calories per pancake)
NOTE: THIS CALORIES ARE FOR THE PANCAKES WITHOUT ANY SYRUP
OR ANY TOPPINGS. WHATEVER YOU ADD WILL ADD TO THE CALORIES.
Mix all the above ingredients well in a mixing bowl.
On a large skillet melt a bit of coconut oil,
And pour ¼ cup of the pancake batter on the hot skillet
Cook until you start to see little bubbles on the top of the pancake,
Now turn over to the other side, till it’s done.
Now serve with your favorite fruit topping or syrup.
