Fluffy Pancakes with Wheat Flour| Quick ‘n easy Breakfast Recipe

Pancakes are easy to make and very filling Breakfast/brunch recipe. Here I share my recipe for making extremely soft and fluffy pancakes with wheat flour!

Ingredients for the pancake:(for 6-7 pancakes)
Wheat Flour – 1 cup;
Baking Powder – 1 tsp;
Salt – half tsp;
Cinnamon Powder (optional) – half tsp;
Buttermilk or 1:1 mixture of plain yogurt and milk – ¾ cup;
Egg – 1 no; (to make egg-less pancake, add an extra ½ tsp baking powder and ½ cup buttermilk;
Sugar – as per your taste or about ¼ cup;
Cooking Oil/Butter – 1 tbsp;
Vanilla Extract – ½ tsp.


  1. Hi AprilFlower Arts, this recipe looks great! But whenever I cook pancakes, the surface never gets evenly golden browned like yours. Some parts are big darker than edges and the color’s aren’t even. Do you know what could be wrong or if that’s normal? Thanks!
