How to make super simple and easy protein packed breakfasts? I show you five quick ideas – the sweet edition of breakfast 😉

Chocolate Protein Waffles
30g (chocolate instant) oats
1 tbsp coconut flour
15g chocolate whey protein
1 tbsp cacao
1 tsp baking powder
100g of egg whites
80g puree baby carrots
stevia &flavor drops to taste

Cinnamon Pumpking Protein Pancakes
30g instant oats
1 tbsp coconut flour
15g vanilla whey protein
1 tsp baking powder
cinnamon & pumpkin spice
100g of egg whites
80g steamed and mashed sweet potato/ pumpkin
vanilla
stevia &flavor drops to taste

Z(ucchini)Oats
1C shredded Zucchini
30g rolled Oats
80g egg whites
stevia &flavor drops to taste
maybe some water
microwave until thickened
50g puree baby carrots
15g whey protein

Cauliflower Cream Of Rice
100g riced cauliflower
30g cream of rice
80g egg whites
stevia &flavor drops to taste
maybe some water
microwave until thickened
15g whey protein

Protein French Toast
100g egg whites
1 full egg
stevia &flavor drops to taste
dip 2-3 slices of toast
crust with 15g of whey protein
