1/2 large orange (slices)
6 cups water

    Great recipe. As trini as I am, I did not know of the Sorrel with Champagne. I will let you know how much i enjoyed it as I am going to blend Orange Slices and Champagne with my Sorrell on New Years Day. i wish you a Prosperous New Year.

  2. Chris, I think you should work on a sorrel ice-cream or sorrel sorbet. If anyone can do it, you can. I love sorrel with all the great spices, not to sweet and must be chilled.
