INGREDIENTS:
-Fresh or frozen fruit [I used strawberries, blueberries, cranberries, raspberries and bananas]
-Sunflower seeds
-Chia seeds
-Protein powder [I use Spirutein meal replacement powder in Banana]
-Milk
-Water

  2. hi beautiful! on one of your blogposts you had these high healed report signature boots. they are black velvet with 3 gold buckles. would you be able to tell me how many inches the heal are? it doesn’t say it on the website, And im in high school so I want to see if I could wear them to school if I purchased them! thank you!! love your videos!
