* I made this cake twice, first time was a big fail! haha don’t use tofu as an egg replacer, makes the cake too soft. Also, I used less vegetable shortening (~40-50g instead of 60g) and less oil (1/4 cup instead of 1/3cup) because the first cake was so fatty and greasy.
