  1. Can’t wait to try this recipe! Too bad I’ve already done my shopping and didn’t get any parmesan style cheese or I’d make it today. I loved this recipe because there’s no breading and it seems so easy and fast yet delicious, so thank you very much for sharing.

  2. OMG… this dish was amazing!!! It’s the best Lasagna dish I’ve had in a long time… it’s hard finding vegan dishes that I enjoy eating as sometimes the taste is always a bit “off” from the traditional. Thank you for sharing.

  3. I made a modified version of this and it was AMAZING. The entire large lasagna tray was eaten in almost 1 night. I didn’t have any basil so I did layers of spinach and used some dried basil/Italian seasoning on each layer. I used cheese only the top layer. oh, and I just realized I didn’t grill the eggplant. still so good 😋
