• Ginger: ½” piece & Garlic: 6-7
• —For curry—
• Boiled peeled eggs: 4,
• Cumin seeds: 1 tsp,
• Grated onions: ¾ cup,
• Turmeric powder (haldi): ½ tsp,
• Red chilly powder: ½ tsp,
• Coriander powder (dhaniya): 1½ tsp,
• Grated Tomatoes: 1 cup,
• Fine chopped coriander leaves: 2 tbsp,
• Salt and Cooking Oil
