These raw vegan chocolate truffles are made just with 4 ingredients. Perfect to make in holiday season, to share at home or to make a gift for people that you love.
Anyone can make these vegan chocolate truffles, they are gooey, sweet and delicious, and who doesn´t like chocolate?
For my recipe I top the vegan chocolate truffles with more pure cacao powder, coconut and beetroot powder but you could use any other ingredient if you like.
total time: 20 minutes serving size: 21 serve
· to make the truffles
1 cup pecans
8 medjool dates
2 tbsp agave syrup
1/3 cup cacao powder
· toppings for the truffles
1/4 cup cacao powder
1 tbsp agave syrup
1/4 cup shredded coconut
1/4 cup beetroot powder
To make the truffles, in a blender, combine the 4 main ingredients: pecan walnuts, dates, agave and cacao powder. Then start by making the truffles, once they are done leave them in a tray.
For the toppings, to make the chocolate ones just roll the truffles on the cacao powder, do the same with the beetroot powder.
To make the coconut truffles, dip the truffle in agave syrup to make it really sticky and then roll it on the shredded coconut.
