I love making SMOOTHIES because they are healthy and delicious. They are super easy to make and they’re great for on the go. Today’s video I share 2 of my Favorite Smoothie Recipes. I love having my Banana Date Smoothie everyday in the morning. Bananas and dates are both a great source of energy so this smoothie will give you a major boost!

  1. I just tried the one with pineapples in it… It taste so good! I am always looking for more smoothie recipes.. I have been trying to be like 90% fruitarian lately and seeing if I like it.

  2. with my smoothie, I put one banana, one cup of frozen mangos, one cup of almond milk, light greek yogurt and honey. Perfect for brunch if you eat it in a smoothie bowl – pour the smoothie into a bowl and add your toppings. With this smoothie, i add muesli, chia seeds, nuts, strawberries, blueberries and flax seeds. Yummy!

I’ve made a strange but nice one which I call fruit twistWhat you will need is:1 ripe banana 6-8 strawberries 1/2 an orange or mandarin (which ever is the sweeter one I can’t remember)1-2 rings or pineapple 2-3 ice cubes A splash of water or almond/soya milk( personally I would do almond milk but please yourself)And of course a blender
    Comes out a bit thick(depending on how much liquid you put in) but really creamy and satisfies a sweet tooth

  4. This may sound simple, but it’s really good! I like to put coconut milk yogurt with strawberries and pineapple and almond milk in a blender for a really amazing smoothie!
