  1. i know no one will see this, but I have seafood so not full vegan and i replaced the mushrooms with prawns and it was AMAZING i cant stop telling my friends about this incredible healthy recipe ! thank you so very much for sharing !

  2. I made this tonight and I thought it came out pretty well. I loved how creamy this was and I used baby bella mushrooms which were delicious. I found that I had to add more salt and more heat to bring it to my liking. I also didn’t have parsley or thyme, but I had rosemary and basil from the garden and those were both great. Thanks for the recipe 🙂

  3. I made it! It was fantastic!! I couldn’t get the cashews quite as smooth as I wanted…maybe I needed more water, I don’t know, but it was fantastic nether the less 🙂

  4. Accidentally stumbled across this upload . . . . .thought about it, bought the ingredients, enjoyed cooking it, didn’t like made my iPad messy (hahaha), family sat round table & we tried it, WE FOUND IT ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS & adored it – Can’t thank you enough ! Another Vegan staple !!!
