I got very sick for 2 week and lost 10 lbs and I needed to get some of my weight back and strength this was my first big meal in about 3 weeks and it was what my body needed . I do only eat this way on Sundays and my dog did get a bit of the meat but not much .Thank for watching

  1. Fuck this shit. 4 egg whites 1 yolk in a bowl put in microwave on 2 minutes stir eggs every 40 seconds take out in 2 mins put on 1 piece hole meal toast . One protein shake ,breakfast done in about 3 minutes. I do this every morning and night before bed . I all so have 1 chicken breast , one serving of porridge oats, one scoop strawberry protein powder and one pint of skimmed milk blended up in blender like a thick smoothie for lunch,55 grams of protein ,takes about 5 minutes to do. quick and easy.

  2. that water trick is cool, i’ve tried tons of stuff to get better sunny side ups… young fella will like that. glad to see you eating hte yolks too.. i always have 2 or 3 eggs for breakfast.
