This recipe only takes about 20 total minutes to make and requires almost zero cooking skill!

Here are the ingredients you’ll need:
-Eggs
-Bell peppers
-Spinach leaves
-Cheese (cheddar & parmesan)
-Salt & pepper
-Coconut oil pan spray

Instruction:
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees
2.Crack your eggs in a bowl and whisk
3. Add the additional ingredients (vegetables and salt & pepper) and mix
4. Spray your muffin pan with coconut oil
5. Pour egg mix into muffin pan
6. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes
7. Eat.

  3. But how do you know how much protein your getting in each serving and isn’t that a lot of fat 5 grams of fat and 6 grams of protein and maybe a about 2.5 carbs I’m just estimating sorry just saying
