  2. Liezl, these all look amazing, thanks! What is the third dry ingredient in the desert? You mention oat flour and coconut sugar then you toss in a darker dry ingredient but don’t say what it is. Thanks and love all of your videos!!

  3. Could u please tell me what kind of blender do you have? How much power does it have? I am looking for some which I can make nicecream and other things – that will have enough power.

  4. Oh my goodness 😍 I HAVE to try that sticky toffee pudding. My boyfriend and I eat healthy and don’t tend to have sweets too often so thanks so much for the dessert recipes!

  5. you shouldn’t need to use oil to toast nuts in just use a dry pan and keep your eyes peeled on them. plus the sticky toffee pud ain’t sticky toffee without a sticky toffee sauce. stop trying to make a classic that’s Naughty by nature healthy. learn to indulge in the naughty that’s what Christmas is for!
